We understand that we can never be late as nothing annoys a customer more than waiting and panicking if they are going to miss a flight they need to catch, so we will always try to be early rather than late. Our drivers are trained to make the journey pleasant from start to finish; from loading the bags into the boot for the lady passenger or holding the door open while an elderly passenger gets into the car; these are just the minor things that sets us apart from our competitors
Our customers’ priorities become ours, and if we are told that they need to be at the airport at a certain time, we will check the traffic conditions prior to the journey and if required will contact the customer to let them know that they need to leave 20 minutes earlier due to adverse traffic conditions.
We fully realize that our customers have a choice and the only way we can remain their preferred choice is by never letting our standards slip. In essence we are as good as our last meeting and we never want that meeting to be our last.
